The last thing I want to do is put your perspective on
defensive, and if you're not careful about what you
saying in his sales letter, you will – Especially if
you are not aware of what to look out!
Today let's take a look at the third paragraph of our
mock ad display not to make this critical error.
You can check out original listing, and even print
a copy of it right here:
http://www.kingofcopy.com/tips/real_estate_ad_071505.htm
The third paragraph says: "You do not have to be a
Seller stain. Indeed, it might be new to Real
sale of goods. The main features that most of our successful
Team members have in common is an openness to new ways of
doing things and a burning desire to raise their incomes. "
The good things about this: Tell your prospect does not
need to be a salesman working for success.
Most people really Sellers are not slick, but are
foolishly believe (no matter what area you
en) you can not succeed in sales unless Polished –
and therefore also misleading. This is good, to disarm
potential prospects regarding the fear of being successful.
It's bad however, that the writer starts talking about
that "members of his team's most successful common."
See, this tells you immediately this is a self-service
sales pitch to train and recruit members for staff
ultimately put dollars in your pocket.
If you are a chance to read this, do you really think
you
attention to a little of what their personal traits sales people
have in common?
What, so you can get excited about building a new wing
at home?
Puh-lease!
Here's how would handle the following:
"It's true! Whether you're a rookie, which is
just passed his licensing exam realtors, or even if
you've been in for years and have a
good "following", imagine the amount of
better business, was (and therefore, how
his whole life would be better), if … instead of
to find your ticket to the next "food", which
had a turnkey system that automatically became a
prospects for attracting magnet! "
Now There's a lot of psychology going on here, like why
use of certain types of words or why you're positioning
yourself
here and there, and where and how it is used to achieve
Maximum sales effectiveness.
Listen, remember what happened when you were a child and
socks
started getting old – you used to use rubber bands to prevent
them
of fall?
Well, no rubber bands in the world of marketing – if
your ad will not say it is proper, even if you are
so smart as MacGyver – you are simply NOT going to be able
use tape, an apple core, an old pair of underwear
and
glass up to change your luck!
If you check out this tip line, you will be able to see the
italics and emphasis I put on certain words
making a pause and resonance effects.
